How to play
144 tiles lie stacked in five layers, in the shape of a turtle. Clear them in pairs: tap two matching tiles and both disappear.
Only free tiles count. A tile is free when no other tile lies on it and it has no neighbour on its left or its right. Blocked tiles are slightly darker. Thinking ahead pays: clear the tiles that block many others first, such as the top, the ends of the long rows and the high stacks.
The tiles
- Three suits with nine values each: circles, bamboo and characters, each tile four times.
- Four winds and three dragons, also four times each.
- Four flowers and four seasons, one of each. Any flower matches any flower, any season any season.
Where do I know this from?
The tile-matching game with Mahjong tiles has been a computer classic since the eighties. It shares only the tiles with Chinese Mahjong for four players. On Wimolino you play it without ads and without an app, and every game can be solved.
